Luoyang HongFeng Abrasives Co., Ltd. (HFAC) is one of the largest producers of abrasives, refractory materials, blasting media and superabrasive in China .

HFAC produce full range of constant quality abrasive grain, electric arc furnaces fusing refractory materials, various blasting media for protective coating industry and superabrasive grain for diamond and CBN tools.

We produce brown aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, industry diamond and cubic boron nitride and processing them into macro and micro grit as per ISO, FEPA, ANSI, China or JIS standard.

We manufacturer and distribute aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, alumina-zirconia, garnet, glass beads and steel shot for the preparation of the steel substrates before painting and also for stone treatment.

We melt bauxite, aluminum oxide powder or zirconia oxide in electric arc furnace to get brown fused alumina, white fused alumina, silicon carbide, spinel, tabular alumina and alumina-zirconia.

2002 Become the member of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association

2003 Capital injection to steel fiber plant and alumina-zirconia plant

2004 Launch the fused alumina oxide plant and main quality control laboratory

2005 Invest to silicon carbide and synthetic diamond plant

2006 Launch the white fused alumina plant

2007 Capital injection to blasting media garnet and glass bead plant
